About this fabric

This colourway has the look of a dark, warm wine red, shifting between berry, burgundy and ruby notes as the light moves across the surface. It is part of J Brown’s Carrera collection of 39 plains and is made from 100% polyester for contract use. With an 80,000 Martindale rating, it is built for heavy wear while still keeping its tactile, slightly lustrous finish. The fabric is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and other treatments are available upon request. After care is professional clean in situ or washable at 40℃, subject to the pattern book guidance.

How to use it

Use this wine shade on statement seating, banquettes or feature chairs where its depth can anchor a room. It works especially well with walnut, brass and tobacco-toned accents for a polished, intimate scheme.

Pair with velvet, dark timber and warm metallics for a rich, tailored look.
