About this fabric

Part of the Carrera collection by J Brown, this plain fabric is made from 100% polyester and is specified for contract use. The cloth has an 80,000 Martindale rating, making it suitable for hardworking upholstery where a restrained, tone-on-tone finish is needed. Visually, Regency Grey sits in a mid-depth grey range with subtle brown notes, giving the surface a calm, tailored feel rather than a flat cold grey. The weave shows a gentle linear texture and slight irregularity that catches the light softly, adding depth without obvious pattern. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available on request.

How to use it

Use this shade on sofas, banquettes and headboards where a quieter grey with warmth will balance timber, black metal or stone. It also works well in contract interiors that need a smart, subdued base colour.
