About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Carrera Violet is specified for contract use and offers a robust 80,000 Martindale, making it a practical choice for busy upholstery schemes. The fabric has a lightly textured plain appearance, with the weave visible through the surface and a softly mottled depth that keeps the violet tone from feeling flat. This colourway sits between pink and purple, with a dusty, rosy undertone that looks especially elegant under natural light. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and professional in-situ cleaning or washing at 40℃ is noted in the after-care guidance. The overall effect is smart and restrained, with enough softness to warm contemporary seating without overpowering it.

How to use it

Use Carrera Violet on banquettes, dining chairs or occasional pieces where a muted violet can add colour without shouting. It pairs neatly with pale oak, warm grey and brushed metal finishes for a composed contract interior.
