About this fabric

This plain fabric in the Modena collection has a gentle, clouded finish that blends pale lilac, soft grey and touches of warm beige across the surface. Made from 100% polyester, it is specified for contract use and carries an impressive 80,000 Martindale, making it a practical choice where durability matters. The fabric is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available on request. Its texture looks smooth but lightly napped, so the lavender tone feels softened and sophisticated rather than crisp or sugary.

How to use it

Use Modena Lavender on a clean-lined armchair or banquette where its muted purple-grey tone can add colour without dominating the room. It also works well with chalk white, pale oak and brushed metal finishes for a restrained, contemporary scheme.
