About this fabric

This colourway of Como reads as muted grape and plum, with grey-green stems and a gentle linen-like ground that keeps the pattern feeling airy rather than heavy. The floral motif is medium in scale and repeats at 45cm, so the trailing branches create movement without overwhelming a room. Woven in 100% cotton and supplied at 140cm wide, it has a versatile textile feel suited to either upholstery or drapery use. The colour is cool-leaning and softly saturated, making it easy to pair with chalky neutrals, pale woods, or deeper berry accents. Care instructions: NQT1<.

How to use it

Use Como Grape on an occasional chair, bench, or curtains where the soft purple flowers can stand out against light walls. It is especially effective in rooms that need a floral detail with a calm, slightly dusky tone rather than a bright botanical look.

A pretty lilac-plum floral that works well for soft upholstery or curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Como Grape without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
