About this fabric

This colourway of Garda Stripe has a muted, cool-grey character, lifted by pale neutral bands and fine darker lines that give the stripe a gently irregular edge. Woven in 100% cotton, it has a natural matte handle that suits the calm, understated appearance visible in the swatch. The pattern repeat is 0cm, so the stripes read as a continuous linear design rather than a motif that needs matching. At 140cm wide, it is a practical fabric for a range of interior projects where this soft grey palette is wanted.

How to use it

Use it where a restrained stripe is needed to add movement without strong contrast, such as relaxed curtains, Roman blinds or understated accent upholstery. Its cool, chalky grey tone sits neatly with oak, painted white and deeper charcoal finishes.

A quietly textural stripe that works well for tailored curtains or relaxed upholstery accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
