Portofino Ochre

Como Fabric

Portofino Ochre brings a painterly floral pattern to life in warm yellow ochre on a light ground. The brushy petals and dark centres give the design a lively, sunlit feel.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton and 140cm wide, this Portofino colourway has a crisp, natural handle that suits both curtains and softer furnishing projects. The large floral repeat of 64cm is visible in the oversized blooms, which spread across the cloth with an airy, hand-painted look. Ochre petals sit over a pale ground with touches of deeper mustard and dark accent centres, giving the fabric a warm but not overpowering tone. The overall effect is bright, textured and slightly rustic, with enough character to work as a statement pattern.

How to use it

Use it for relaxed statement drapery, loose cushions or occasional upholstery where the warm ochre flowers can bring colour without feeling too heavy. It pairs well with pale timber, chalky neutrals and aged brass finishes.

Pair with natural woods and warm neutrals to let the painterly ochre blooms stand out.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
