Frome Ochre

Eco -Friendly Ranges Fabric

Frome Ochre pairs a crisp light ground with a repeating lattice of warm ochre links and small dot accents. The overall effect is neat and contemporary, with the yellow-gold detail giving the design a sunny lift.

About this fabric

This Fryett's Fabrics design is a 140cm-wide textile in 25% Polyester, 75% BCI Cotton, with a repeat of 11.5cm vertically and 9.5cm horizontally. The swatch shows a pale ivory base threaded with a fine woven texture, overlaid by looping geometric lines in muted ochre and compact golden dots at each join. The colour reads warm rather than brash, sitting somewhere between mustard and soft gold, so it brings definition without feeling heavy. With no performance features noted and care code NQT1<, it feels best suited to decorative upholstery or structured curtains where the pattern can be seen clearly.

How to use it

Use Frome Ochre to warm up white, oat or pale timber interiors, especially on armchairs, benches or blinds. Its gentle ochre tone also works well alongside olive, terracotta or natural linens for a layered, sunlit palette.

Works beautifully on upholstered pieces or tailored curtains where the ochre detail can lift a neutral scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
