About this fabric

This colourway reads as a soft maize yellow, with a pale golden cast that sits between cream and butter. The cloth has a subtle slub and a lightly lustrous finish, which catches the light in soft horizontal ripples across the surface. With a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx and a width of 143cm approx, it is a straightforward plain for use where colour and texture do the work. The composition is 82% Viscose and 18% Linen, giving it a smooth hand with a natural, slightly dry linen character. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are also supplied for specification checking.

How to use it

Use this maize shade to warm oak, painted woodwork and pale neutrals, or to lift a scheme built around putty, stone and soft white. Its restrained brightness suits smart Roman blinds, tailored cushions or upholstered accent pieces.

A warm, understated yellow that works beautifully on tailored upholstery or elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
