About this fabric

This colourway is worked in warm saffron and gold-beige tones, with the pattern picking out the motif in a slightly darker outline so the shapes stay crisp. The surface shows a delicate woven texture, and the 4% lurex adds a faint shimmer that catches the light rather than flashing. At approximately 124cm wide, the fabric offers a practical width for both upholstery and drapery applications. The repeat is V 79cm / H 62cm approx, giving the design a bold, elongated rhythm across larger pieces. Its composition of 64% viscose, 21% linen, 11% polyester and 4% lurex supports the soft sheen and refined handle visible in the swatch.

How to use it

Use Filao Saffron to lift neutral upholstery, where its golden warmth can sit against oak, walnut or limestone. It also works beautifully as statement curtains in a sunlit room, where the shimmer and elongated motif add a smart, tailored finish.
