Tatami Curry

Kochi FabricL9421-05

Tatami Curry is a warm, golden curry colourway with a fine horizontal rib that gives the surface a calm, textural rhythm. The tone reads earthy and softly luminous rather than bright, with a woven depth that sits neatly in the middle of the frame.

About this fabric

Part of Larsen’s Kochi collection, Tatami Curry is a fabric with a 148cm approximate width and a composition of 41% cotton, 34% polyester and 25% viscose. The swatch shows a tight, regular rib weave with no visible repeat, creating a clean linear texture across the cloth. Its curry yellow colouring is muted and grounded, with brown-gold undertones that soften the overall effect. The finish feels more tactile than glossy, making the fabric look structured while still approachable. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code K are supplied for this exact quality.

How to use it

Use Tatami Curry where you want warmth without heaviness: it would add a sun-baked note to bench seating, cushions or Roman blinds. It pairs especially well with dark timber, natural linen and muted olive or clay accents.

A warm curry tone that brings easy depth to tailored seating or simple window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
