Tatami Ice Blue

Kochi FabricL9421-10

Tatami Ice Blue is a whisper-light, almost frosted blue with a calm, washed finish. The tight plain weave gives the surface a fine, quietly textured look rather than a flat solid.

About this fabric

Tatami Ice Blue from Larsen’s Kochi collection is woven in 41% cotton, 34% polyester and 25% viscose, with a width of approximately 148cm and no repeat. In this colourway, the blue is extremely pale and cool, sitting closer to icy mist than sky, so the cloth reads softly luminous rather than saturated. The tiny crossweave is visible across the surface, adding a restrained textile grain that keeps the shade from looking stark. With Q 8 + T 3 care and K fire code, it is a practical decorative fabric for schemes that need a light, airy tone.

How to use it

Use it where you want a cool, brightening neutral with just a trace of blue, especially against white joinery, pale oak or brushed nickel. It would keep upholstery or curtains feeling crisp and calm without adding visual weight.

A soft, airy pale blue that works neatly across upholstery and curtains alike.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
