Tatami Bone
Kochi FabricL9421-02
Tatami Bone is a soft, bone-toned ivory with a calm, matte-looking surface and a subtle woven character visible across the cloth. It reads as light and creamy rather than bright white, giving the colourway an easy, softened presence.

About this fabric
This colourway shows a warm ivory ground with a faintly textured weave that catches the light gently rather than reflecting it sharply. The Kochi fabric is composed of 41% cotton, 34% polyester and 25% viscose, and is offered at approximately 148cm wide with a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm, so the plain effect feels clean and uninterrupted. Its pale bone shade has enough creaminess to feel inviting, while the fine surface texture keeps it from looking flat. The overall effect is quiet and versatile, with a slightly tailored softness that suits a calm interior scheme.
How to use it
Use Tatami Bone where you want a light, breathable base that still feels warm beside timber, linen and stone. It works especially well on pared-back upholstery, relaxed curtains or layered neutral schemes that need a gentler ivory than pure white.
A quiet ivory that lifts wood tones and softens a room without feeling stark.

Pairs well with
Tatami Bone is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
