About this fabric

Woven in 90% Recycled Polyester and 10% Polyester, this drapery-only fabric has a measured, cloth-like hand and a subtle linear grain that reads clearly in the light. The ochre shade sits between gold and beige, giving the swatch a calm, earthy warmth rather than a bright yellow edge. At 140cm wide and 200gsm, it is a practical curtain weight with enough body to hang neatly while still looking refined. The plain style and zero pattern repeat keep the focus on the colour and the delicate surface movement.

How to use it

Use Austen Ochre for floor-length curtains where you want a warm, sunlit note without strong pattern. Its muted golden tone works especially well with natural woods, stone, and layered neutrals.

A warm ochre plain that brings a soft, tailored glow to windows.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
