Honeysuckle Gold/Sage

Ashdown FabricF4833-03

Honeysuckle Gold/Sage shows a scattered floral trail with small butterflies and leaves on a pale ground. The effect is airy and refined, with the gold petals and muted sage foliage keeping the design light rather than busy.

About this fabric

This Ashdown fabric is woven in 100% linen, with an approximate width of 129cm and a vertical repeat of 41cm, so the pattern has room to breathe across larger pieces. In this colourway, the honeysuckle blossoms read as soft yellow-gold rather than bright yellow, while the sage leaves bring a cool, powdery balance. The pale ground lifts the whole design and makes the butterflies and sprigs feel delicate and decorative. It is a fabric that looks crisp enough for fitted furnishings, but still relaxed in the way the linen surface softens the print.

How to use it

Use it where you want a gentle hit of pattern against painted timber, pale upholstery or natural flooring. The warm gold and sage tones sit especially well in country-style rooms, sunrooms and calm bedrooms.

The warm gold and sage palette feels fresh but composed, ideal for a tailored country interior.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
