About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Darwin Collection, Austen Riviera is a plain fabric woven in 90% recycled polyester and 10% polyester. It is supplied as drapes only, with a 140cm width and a weight of 200gsm / 280g per linear metre, making it suitable for window dressing rather than upholstery. In this colourway, the blue is dark and muted with a slate cast, and the fine horizontal texture softens the surface so it catches light in narrow, subtle bands. The overall effect is smart and restrained, with enough depth to hold its own in contemporary or classic interiors.

How to use it

Use this deep blue to frame windows in a study, living room, or bedroom where a calm, tailored finish is wanted. It pairs especially well with pale stone, oak, and brushed metal accents to lift the cool slate tone.
