About this fabric

Woven in India, this Ashley Wilde fabric from the Comet Collection is composed of 74% Recycled Polyester and 26% Polyester. It is supplied as a 140cm-wide drapes-only fabric, with a substantial 350 grams per linear meter and 250 grams per sq meter weight. The visible texture reads like a compact pebble or tessellated weave, giving the peacock blue ground a slightly variegated, mineral depth. The colour sits between teal and blue, with pale highlights that keep it feeling fresh rather than dark or heavy.

How to use it

Use Taurus Peacock for full-length curtains where the blue-green tone can catch daylight and show off the textured weave. It works especially well with pale stone, soft white, or warm timber finishes that let the colour remain the focal point.

A crisp peacock blue texture that adds depth without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
