Taurus Copper

Comet Collection FabricTAURUS

Taurus Copper shows a tightly worked pebble texture in a warm copper-terracotta shade, with lighter highlights catching across the surface. The effect is earthy and softly luminous rather than bright or brassy.

About this fabric

Woven in 74% Recycled Polyester and 26% Polyester, this Ashley Wilde fabric is specified for drapes only and has a substantial 350g per linear metre weight, giving the cloth a fuller curtain handle. The 140cm width and 27cm vertical by 23cm horizontal pattern repeat suit made-to-measure window dressing. Visually, the colour reads as a muted copper with sandy undertones, broken by pale raised outlines that emphasise the small-scale texture. The finish feels smart and grounded, with enough movement in the tone to keep large curtains from looking flat.

How to use it

Use Taurus Copper where you want warmth without excess shine: it sits well against oak, bronze, clay, and chalky neutrals. The small textured pattern gives soft depth on floor-to-ceiling drapes and works especially well in rooms that need a warmer, more tailored feel.

A warm metallic-toned neutral that adds depth without overpowering a scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
