About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Galaxy Rust is specified for Severe Contract Upholstery And Drapes and carries a 50,000 Severe Contract rub test, making it a practical choice for demanding interior schemes. The fabric appears as a clean plain with a fine, even face and a subtle lustre that catches across the surface rather than showing a strong pile or texture. Its 140cm width and substantial 455 grams per linear metre give it a reassuringly full handle, while the 325 grams per sq metre weight supports a tailored, substantial finish. In this colourway, the rust tone feels warm and grounded rather than bright, with a muted terracotta cast that adds depth without overpowering a room.

How to use it

Use Galaxy Rust on statement seating, dining chairs or padded wall panels where the warm terracotta tone can bring richness to timber and stone. It also works well as drapes when you want a deeper earthy accent that still feels tailored and refined.
