About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Galaxy Peacock is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes and has a 50,000 severe contract rub test. The cloth appears as a rich, dark teal with blue-green depth, reading cooler at the edges and slightly lighter where the light catches its surface. Its plain weave looks clean and understated, with a fine texture that keeps the colour feeling sleek rather than heavy. At 140cm wide and 325gsm, it offers a substantial handle that suits both tailored seating and full-length window dressing. The overall effect is polished and contemporary, with enough depth to anchor a room without feeling stark.

How to use it

Use this shade on an accent chair or banquette to draw out darker woods, brushed brass, or black finishes. It also works well for drapes where the teal tone can shift subtly between green and blue in changing light.
