About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Galaxy Walnut is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a 50,000 Severe Contract rub test and a 140cm width. At 455gsm, it has enough substance to hold a tailored line while still sitting neatly enough for curtains and blinds. The colour is a soft walnut taupe with a gentle brown undertone, softened by the fine vertical slub visible across the surface. Its plain style and low-key texture make it feel more refined than rustic, with a calm, even depth that avoids looking flat.

How to use it

Use this walnut taupe alongside oak, smoked timber and putty linens for a warm, grounded scheme. It also works well as a steady neutral on chairs or full-length drapes where a softer brown-grey tone is wanted.
