About this fabric

From Ashley Wilde’s Essential Weaves Vol 1 collection, Waltham Taupe is a 100% polyester fabric made for drapes only. The design measures 140cm wide and has a vertical pattern repeat of 25cm and a horizontal repeat of 24cm, with a substantial weight of 357gsm. Visually, the colour is a muted warm taupe with a gentle beige cast, while the raised pale motif adds subtle contrast without feeling busy. The overall effect is soft, textural and composed, making the cloth feel quietly decorative rather than bold.

How to use it

Use this warm taupe colourway for full-length curtains in neutral interiors where you want texture more than contrast. It works especially well with oat, chalk and pale timber finishes, letting the branch-like pattern read as a soft surface detail.

Pairs beautifully with pale woods and linen textures for a calm, tailored finish.
