About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Essential Weaves Vol 1 collection, Waltham Ivory is woven in 100% polyester and specified for drapes only. The fabric has a pleasingly substantial handle at 357 grams per linear metre and 255 grams per square metre, giving the surface a fuller, more structured drape than a sheer. Its warm ivory tone is broken by an almost chalky, delicate texture that creates depth without dark contrast, so the pattern feels softly layered rather than bold. The 140 cm width and 25 cm vertical / 24 cm horizontal repeats make it practical for window dressing, while the India origin and textured style support its clean, contemporary look.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want light to stay bright but not plain: it works especially well against pale timber, warm whites and soft greys. The understated ivory texture gives curtains a tailored finish in relaxed living rooms, bedrooms or layered neutral schemes.
