Bazely Shell

Essential Weaves Vol 2 FabricEWV2BAZELY

Bazely Shell reads as a gentle shell beige, with a soft matte finish and a subtle tonal depth across the woven surface. The small, repeating leaf-like texture gives the cloth a calm rhythm without feeling busy.

About this fabric

This colourway in Essential Weaves Vol 2 is made from 100% polyester and is specified for drapes only, with a 140cm width and a 9cm vertical repeat and 6cm horizontal repeat. Visually, the fabric sits in a warm cream-beige range, with faintly deeper shadows in the recesses of the small-scale textured motif. The surface looks smooth rather than glossy, so the pattern appears softly embossed instead of high contrast. At 298 grams per linear metre, it has enough substance to hang with presence while still reading as a decorative window fabric.

How to use it

Use Bazely Shell where you want the window treatment to soften a room without drawing attention away from other finishes. Its warm, pale tone works especially well with oak, plaster pinks, and layered neutrals.

A quiet shell-toned weave that brings softness and depth to simple curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
