About this fabric

This colourway shows a muted bronze taupe tone with a subtle olive-brown cast, lifted by fine horizontal slubs that give the surface gentle movement. It is supplied as a drapes-only fabric, and the 140cm width makes it practical for window treatments where a soft, even fall is important. At 280gsm, with a 200gsm weight per square metre, it has enough substance to hang cleanly without looking heavy. The composition is 90% recycled polyester and 10% polyester, giving the cloth a practical, contemporary feel in a plain style with no pattern repeat.

How to use it

Use Austen Bronze with natural oak, putty paintwork and aged metal details for a grounded, tailored window scheme. Its subdued bronze tone also works well beside warm whites and deep green accents for a more layered room.
