About this fabric

Woven in India from 90% Recycled Polyester and 10% Polyester, Austen Cherry is supplied as a drapes-only fabric with a 140cm width and a 200gsm weight. The plain cloth shows fine, even horizontal texture rather than a flat solid, so the colour shifts gently as light moves across it. This cherry-burgundy shade feels warm and saturated, with enough depth to hold its own in a room without appearing bright or glossy. With no pattern repeat and a 280 g/lm construction, it presents as a clean, tailored window fabric with a substantial hand.

How to use it

Use Austen Cherry for full-length curtains, interlined drapes, or roman blinds where a deeper wine tone can anchor the scheme. It pairs well with pale neutrals, smoked woods, and brass details, letting the surface texture add interest without competing with other finishes.
