About this fabric

This Ashley Wilde fabric from the Omari Collection is woven in 100% polyester and specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a 40,000 rub test for demanding use. The plain construction shows a very even, low-texture face, so the eye is drawn to the colour itself: a dense crimson with burgundy undertones and a muted, slightly shadowed finish. At 145cm wide and 320gsm, it has enough substance to hold up as seating fabric while still working neatly at the window. The 464gsm linear weight and strong performance specification make it a practical choice where the look needs to feel polished and the colour needs to stay the focus.

How to use it

Use this crimson with dark timber, brass, or oxblood leather for a layered, clubby scheme, or let it sharpen neutral upholstery with a single rich accent chair. In drapery, the depth of the shade gives windows a tailored, cocooning feel without a glossy shine.
