About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and suitable for general domestic upholstery and drapes, this fabric has a substantial handle at 546 grams per linear metre and 390 grams per square metre. The 140cm width and 25,000 rub test make it practical for everyday interior use, while the plain textured finish gives the colour extra depth. In this colourway, the red is muted by brown undertones, so the surface feels warmer and more subdued than a clear crimson. The subtle tonal variation across the weave softens the look and helps it sit comfortably in both classic and contemporary schemes.

How to use it

Use Marina Scarlet to add warmth to a statement chair, banquette or cushion set, especially with walnut woods, leather and aged brass. It also makes an elegant drape where you want a richer red that feels more refined than vivid.
