About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Marina Slate is a general domestic upholstery and drape fabric with a practical 25,000 rub test and a 140cm width. The cloth has a textured plain appearance, with the grey tone sitting close to slate and charcoal and a subtle, low-contrast grain visible across the surface. At 546 grams per linear metre and 390 grams per square metre, it has enough body to feel substantial without looking heavy. The 34cm vertical and horizontal repeat is listed in the specification, although the visual effect here remains calm and largely tonal. Made in Spain, this colourway has a restrained, smart character that suits considered interiors.

How to use it

Use Marina Slate on a sofa, armchair or tailored curtain where you want a cool neutral with more depth than pale grey. It pairs especially well with oak, black accents and chalky off-whites, letting the texture do the work.
