About this fabric

This fabric from the Hamlin collection by Colefax and Fowler is woven in a balanced blend of 25% Linen, 22% Cotton, 21% Viscose, 16% Polyester, 11% Wool and 5% Polyamide, with a width of approximately 143cm and a vertical repeat of 0cm / horizontal repeat of approximately 1cm. The close herringbone reads as a restrained, small-scale pattern rather than a bold stripe, which suits the calm, even character of the slate colourway. Its cool grey tone sits between soft charcoal and weathered pebble, with the weave giving the surface a slightly matte, lightly textural finish. The construction feels versatile enough for upholstery or drapery, and the fire code √CH adds useful reassurance for interior projects.
