About this fabric
This Fabric has a compact woven face with a small repeating herringbone/chevron character, giving it a neat and tailored look. The colourway is a pale silver grey with a slightly heathered, mineral cast, softened by the 25% linen, 22% cotton and 21% viscose in the blend. At approximately 143cm wide, it is presented as a versatile fabric suitable for either upholstery or drapery, and the addition of wool and polyamide helps the cloth feel more substantial and durable. The repeat is very restrained at V 0cm / H 1cm approx, so the pattern reads as a fine texture rather than a strong motif.
How to use it
Use Tristram Silver on an armchair, bench or pared-back curtains where its cool grey tone can sit quietly against oak, limestone or painted woodwork. It works especially well in calm schemes that need texture without adding obvious contrast.
