About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Dakota Collection, Dakota Birch is a 100% polyester fabric designed for severe contract upholstery and drapes. The surface shows a muted birch-toned greige taupe, with gentle tonal striations and a lightly distressed texture that softens the overall look. Its 60,000 severe contract rub test and 147cm width make it a practical choice for demanding commercial interiors as well as tailored domestic schemes. With a substantial 441gsm weight, it has enough body for upholstery while still remaining suitable for drapery where a textured plain is needed.

How to use it

Use Dakota Birch where you want a restrained, architectural neutral that won’t compete with other finishes. It works especially well with pale oak, stone, linen, and black accents, bringing warmth without turning yellow.
