Merletto Wallcovering Indium

Lomasi Wallcoverings Wallpaper

Merletto Wallcovering Indium pairs a soft greige-taupe ground with chalky ivory markings and repeated radial sunburst forms. Its muted contrast gives the pattern a quiet, weathered character.

About this fabric

The taupe background has a cool, softly mineral quality, while irregular ivory flecks create a broken, almost brushed-looking surface across the design. Larger sunburst medallions punctuate the field, with fine radiating spokes standing out more clearly than the surrounding organic fragments. The restrained contrast keeps the pattern atmospheric rather than bold, allowing the pale motifs to emerge gently from the ground. This colourway reads as calm and subtly textured, with enough variation to add depth without overwhelming a room.

How to use it

Use Indium across a sitting room, bedroom or hallway where its soft greige-taupe ground can sit comfortably beside chalky whites, warm timber and understated stone tones. Pair it with plain upholstery and tactile natural accessories to let the ivory sunbursts provide the detail.

A softly patterned taupe wallpaper for calm, layered interiors with gentle visual movement.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
