Merletto Wallcovering Silver

Merletto Wallcovering Silver has a cool, softly weathered silver-grey ground with an all-over arrangement of botanical fragments and radiant floral medallions. Its restrained tonal contrast gives the pattern a calm, atmospheric quality rather than a bright decorative effect.

About this wallpaper

Catalogued as wallpaper, this colourway combines pale silver-grey and slightly deeper grey to form a layered botanical design. Radial, sun-like floral medallions punctuate the repeat, while irregular leafy and floral shapes create a softly mottled surface across the image. The cool palette and low contrast allow the pattern to read with gentle depth, especially where the darker grey details gather around the motifs. No performance features are noted for this wallcovering.

How to use it

Pair Merletto Wallcovering Silver with chalky whites, pale grey upholstery and cool metallic accents to preserve its quiet, silvery mood. It would suit a bedroom or understated sitting room where the medallions can provide pattern without overwhelming the space.

Use this cool silver-grey wallpaper to bring quiet pattern and soft tonal depth to a bedroom, sitting room or hallway.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Merletto Wallcovering Silver without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
