About this fabric
The close-up shows an even plain surface in a cool silver-grey shade, with fine woven variation that prevents the colour from looking completely flat. At 300 gsm, it has a versatile mid-weight suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The usable width is 144 cm, while the standard length is 35 m. With vertical and horizontal pattern repeats both measuring 0 cm, it can be cut without pattern matching concerns.
How to use it
Use Alvar Silver where a room needs a light, cool neutral with a polished feel: it works equally well on a streamlined chair, an upholstered headboard, or full-length curtains. Pair it with crisp whites and pale grey for an airy scheme, or use warmer timber and taupe accents to soften its cooler cast.
