About this fabric
The 300gsm construction gives Alvar Spruce a substantial mid-weight handle, while the close-up surface shows delicate tonal variation rather than a printed motif. Light catches parts of the teal face unevenly, creating quiet vertical shading across the deep spruce colourway. With a 144cm usable width and no vertical or horizontal pattern repeat, it can be planned without pattern matching. The standard length is 35m, making it practical for larger coordinated upholstery or drapery schemes.
How to use it
Pair the cool, saturated spruce teal with warm timber, aged brass or pale stone to balance its depth. Used on a statement chair, sofa or generous curtain, its softly shifting surface will read richer in shadow and brighter where the nap catches the light.
