About this fabric

The surface is plain rather than patterned, but its closely woven texture gives the cloth visible tonal movement across the face. Its cool blue-teal shade reads deep and atmospheric, shifting towards blue-black in the darker areas while the weave catches a restrained greyed glint. At 370 gsm and 137 cm usable width, it has the substantial presence suited to upholstery. The vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are both 0 cm, and the standard length is 40 m.

How to use it

Use Amalfi Midnight on a tailored sofa, dining chair or headboard where its cool, inky tone can anchor paler timber, stone and brushed metal. Pair it with soft grey-blue textiles to draw out the faint lighter threads in the weave without losing its depth.
