About this fabric

Woven in 85% polyester and 15% linen, this plain curtaining fabric has a subtle dry handle and a fine cross-weave that reads crisp rather than slubby. The colour sits between grey and beige, with a muted taupe depth that feels warm in natural light and slightly cooler in shade. At 325 cm wide, it is especially well suited to wide curtains, wave headings, and large-scale drapes where fewer joins are preferred. With no pattern repeat to interrupt the surface, the overall effect is understated, practical, and neatly refined.

How to use it

Use this greige beside oak, limestone, and putty upholstery for a relaxed tailored scheme. It also works well as a soft backdrop in rooms that need a calm, low-contrast window treatment.

A calm wide-width greige that layers easily with warm neutrals and soft wood tones.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
