About this fabric

Woven in 40% viscose, 32% cotton and 28% polyester, Saigon Sable is an upholstery fabric with a substantial, controlled handle and a 137 cm width. Its H4 x V2.5 cm repeat creates a tight zigzag lattice that gives the cloth clear structure without overpowering the colour. In this colourway, the sable palette sits between warm taupe and cocoa brown, with the darker outlines defining the motif and the lighter threads adding a dry, lightly speckled depth. With a 45,000 Martindale rub test, it is well suited to hardworking seating where a smart patterned surface is wanted.

How to use it

Use Saigon Sable on an armchair, banquette or cushions where the small-scale geometry can add texture without dominating the room. Its muted brown-taupe tone pairs especially well with oak, bronze and cream linens.
