Grease Taupe

Grease Fabric

Grease Taupe shows a softly layered geometric pattern in a warm, muted taupe palette. The design reads as textured and understated, with the motif sitting gently against the ground rather than flashing high contrast.

About this fabric

This Warwick fabric is made in 45% viscose, 35% polyester and 20% cotton, and it is specified for upholstery with a 50,000 Martindale rub test. The swatch has a dry, textured look, with a subtle linear weave that gives the pattern a lightly weathered finish. Its taupe ground is warmed by beige and stone notes, while the repeated geometric motif appears in a slightly paler tone for quiet definition. At 137 cm wide, it is a practical choice for tailored seating and accent pieces where you want pattern without strong colour contrast.

How to use it

Use Grease Taupe on an armchair, banquette or sofa to bring a calm patterned surface to a room with oak, linen or plaster tones. Its warm taupe colouring works especially well in interiors that need depth without adding a darker, heavy note.

A warm neutral that gives patterned seating a quietly tailored finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
