About this fabric

This Porter & Stone velvet is made from 100% polyester and has a 140cm width with a 0cm pattern repeat, making it straightforward to cut and use across upholstery projects. The surface reads as a warm latte taupe, with brown and mushroom undertones that deepen where the pile turns away from the light. Its finish has a plush, slightly mottled look rather than a flat solid colour, which gives the fabric extra softness and visual depth. Care code NQT1< is supplied for this exact quality.

How to use it

Use this shade on an armchair, ottoman or banquette to bring a calm, grounded note to a scheme. It pairs especially well with oak, leather, chalky neutrals and muted greens, where the warm taupe feels inviting rather than heavy.
