About this fabric

Irregular charcoal lines form small maze-like blocks across the taupe-brown ground, creating a dense pattern with no large open areas. The woven construction is clearly visible in the broken edges and fine tonal shifts across the surface. Its muted brown warmth is balanced by darker graphite-like markings, giving the colourway depth without a bright contrast. No further composition, width or performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Cookie Tungsten on a tailored sofa, occasional chair or ottoman where its warm taupe-brown base can sit comfortably with walnut, charcoal, stone and aged metal. The small-scale geometry brings close-up interest while retaining a composed, smart feel.

A tactile, tightly patterned woven in warm taupe-brown with charcoal definition, well suited to tailored upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Cookie Tungsten without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
