About this fabric

Serpa Natural from Porter & Stone’s Plains & Semi Plains collection is a 137cm-wide fabric in 64% polyester and 36% cotton. The weave has a fine, nubbly texture that softens the overall look and gives the pale natural ground a subtle mineral warmth. In this colourway, the tone sits between cream and beige, with a muted, chalky quality that keeps it calm rather than bright. The 35.5cm pattern repeat is present but restrained, so the design still feels usable as an easygoing neutral for everyday interiors. Care instructions are AQW1<.

How to use it

Use this soft natural shade to lift darker timber, linen and leather without making a room feel stark. It is especially effective in layered schemes where a warm, textural neutral is needed to keep the palette feeling gentle.
