About this fabric
This fabric is catalogued as a 220 gsm textile with a usable width of 140 cm, and the print’s generous 63.5 cm vertical repeat and 92.5 cm horizontal repeat suit a bold repeating scheme. The swatch shows a soft cream background with layered branches, leaves, berries and birds worked in sage, olive, teal, terracotta, gold and plum tones. Its overall effect is bright but mellow rather than sharp, with the pale ground keeping the design open and airy. The surface reads as a well-balanced decorative fabric that can carry a detailed pattern without feeling heavy.
