Baltic Linen

Atlantic Collection FabricBALTIC

Baltic Linen reads as a soft, airy cream with a gentle linen-like look and a calm, understated finish. In the folds, the shade stays light and even, with just enough texture to keep it from feeling flat.

About this fabric

This plain fabric from Ashley Wilde’s Atlantic Collection is woven in Italy from 100% polyester and is specified for drapes only. At 300cm wide, it is well suited to full-length curtains and wider window treatments, while the 243gsm weight gives it a light, fluid handle. The surface appears smooth and closely woven, with a soft cream tone that feels warmer than stark white but cooler than beige. With no rub test noted, it is best considered a dedicated curtain fabric rather than an upholstery cloth.

How to use it

Its soft linen cream tone suits layered curtains in neutral schemes, especially where you want a gentle, daylight-friendly backdrop. Pair it with pale oak, chalky walls, or muted stone textiles for a calm, cohesive room.

A calm, light-reflecting neutral that works beautifully for elegant curtains and understated layering.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
