Baltic River

Atlantic Collection FabricBALTIC

Baltic River is shown here as a cool, softly tonal plain with a slate-blue cast and a smooth, quietly refined surface. The colour reads calm and slightly coastal, with deeper fold shadows adding depth to the otherwise understated finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and designed for drapes only, Baltic River has a light, fluid handle that suits the soft vertical folds visible in the image. The fabric’s muted blue-grey shade feels cool rather than bright, with a gentle weathered look that lifts in the flatter areas and deepens to charcoal-blue in the pleats. At 300cm wide, it is well suited to full-length curtains and wide drops, while the 81gsm weight helps explain its airy drape. Made in Italy, it offers a clean plain styling option with no rub test noted, making the emphasis here very much on colour, fall and finish.

How to use it

Use this slate-blue colourway where you want a crisp, contemporary window treatment that still feels soft and restful. It pairs neatly with white walls, pale oak and brushed metal finishes, especially in rooms that benefit from a cooler, coastal edge.

A cool slate tone that gives drapes a calm, tailored finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
