About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Alaska Wedgewood is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a 45,000 severe contract rub test for demanding use. The 146cm width and 438 grams per linear metre give it enough body for seating as well as a neat hang for curtains. Visually, this colourway reads as a muted Wedgwood blue with a slightly teal cast, lifted by subtle light on the weave rather than any obvious pattern. The finish is plain and even, creating a smart, understated surface that feels cooler and more tailored than a brighter blue.

How to use it

Use this soft blue on pared-back upholstery, bench seats, or tailored curtains where you want colour without visual noise. It pairs especially well with pale oak, brushed chrome, and chalky neutrals.

A cool blue plain that works cleanly on tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
