Pandora Blue

Atmosphere VII FabricJ0081-04

Pandora Blue shows a layered fern leaf motif in soft slate and denim blues, lifted by pale cream stems and fronds. The overall effect is cool, patterned and quietly detailed rather than bold or high contrast.

About this fabric

This fabric is supplied at approximately 126cm wide and has a vertical repeat of 60cm and a horizontal repeat of 42cm, giving the trailing fern pattern a generous, architectural rhythm. The composition of 51% polyester, 25% cotton and 24% viscose supports a lightly textured woven handle that suits both curtains and light upholstery use. In this colourway, the blue ground reads muted and smoky, with deeper indigo shadows behind the leaves and washed denim notes within the repeat. The pale ivory detailing keeps the design lifted and crisp, so the pattern feels fresh rather than heavy.

How to use it

Pair Pandora Blue with bleached oak, painted grey-green joinery or pale linen upholstery for a calm, tailored look. It also works well with brushed brass accents, which pick up the light cream leaf details.

Use with pale woods and chalky neutrals to let the fern motif stand out.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Pandora Blue without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
