About this fabric

This textured fabric from the Viggo collection by Manuel Canovas has a quiet, granular look, with tiny blue, grey and ivory flecks blending across the surface. Its 138cm approximate width and balanced composition of 50% viscose, 27% cotton, 18% linen and 5% polyester suggest a versatile cloth with a natural handle and a neatly controlled finish. The repeat is vertical 0cm / horizontal 0cm approx, so the texture reads as a continuous weave rather than a defined pattern. The cool slate-blue note is softened by the pale ground, giving the colourway a calm, slightly tailored character.

How to use it

Use Odin Mer on upholstered armchairs, banquettes or cushions where its muted blue-grey tone can sit comfortably with oak, chalk white or brushed metal finishes. It also works well in a contemporary scheme that needs texture more than strong pattern.

A cool, low-contrast weave that adds quiet texture without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
