About this fabric

Part of the Velours Tosca collection by Manuel Canovas, this fabric is a 92% viscose, 8% polyester velvet with an approximate width of 136cm and a vertical repeat of 20cm / horizontal repeat of 17cm. The swatch reads as a cool sky-to-powder blue, broken by a dense small-scale motif that softens the overall effect and keeps the pattern visually textured from a distance. The pile catches the light gently, so the blue shifts between chalkier and slightly richer notes depending on the angle. With no performance features noted, it is best chosen for decorative schemes where the colour and velvety hand are the main focus.

How to use it

Use this blue with pale oak, lacquered white or soft grey upholstery for a fresh layered room. It also works well on a tailored armchair or curtains where the cool tone can sit against crisp neutrals.
